Officer Hopps

I cannot begin to tell you guys how proud I am of this costume!  I made both the shirt and pants without a pattern using Materials I had never used before (super proud about that!)!  I made major alterations to both the belt and the shoes in order to make it cosplay ready!   The wig was soo much fun to style! I am just so proud of the hard work it took to put this costume together!!!
